Ulrike Guérot

Ulrike Guérot is a German political scientist born in 1964. From 2000 to 2003, she led the European programme at the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP). Since 2007, she has headed the Berlin office of the ECFR thinktank where she researches European integration and institutions, and Germany's relations with France and the US.
