Pro-Russian parties have won presidential and parliamentary election in Luhansk and Donetsk self-proclaimed People's Republics, in the Eastern minerary Donbass region. EU's High representative for Foreign Affairs Federica Mogherini said that "the vote is illegal and illegitimate" and that "the European union will not recognise it", while Moscow said it recognised the vote and sent some relief supplies to the Donbass.
