Will Saakashvili eat his tie again? – Tyunin

While fighting between pro-Russian separatists and the Ukrainian army has flared back up in the east of Ukraine and a ceasefire agreed in Minsk is on the rocks, the Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has named Mikheïl Saakashvili, the former president of Georgia, to be governor of the Odessa region. Saakashvili, who is considered to be pro-western, had nervously chewed his tie on camera during the conflict between Russian and Georgia in 2008.
