When it comes to reforming government the Nordics seem to be the latest model. Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland are topping the tables in everything from economic competitiveness to social health to happiness, and they have avoided southern Europe’s economic sclerosis and America’s extreme inequality.
They offer a "blueprint of how to reform the public sector to make it more efficient and responsive", that the world will be studying for years to come.
