UK Prime Minister David Cameron is launching a crackdown on unemployed European migrants living in Britain and their access to state benefits.

The new plan will see payments to jobless EU immigrants halted after six months if they cannot prove they have found employment, while non-EU visitors must have private health insurance before they receive National Health Service care.

He will announce the plan in a speech and will say that the UK has “a free National Health Service, not a free International Health Service.”
