400 German tax evaders have decided to submit corrections to their tax declarations. This comes a few weeks after Berlin announced it was planning to purchase a list of names of tax evaders from a former IT executive of the Swiss branch of HSBC. The German government expects to recover an estimated 100 to 200 million euros that siphoned away in the Swiss bank, explains Financial Times Deutschland.
