Kroll, Le Soir (Brussels): Not in my country

Not in my country – Pierre Kroll

Belgian PM Yves Leterme: "Don't come to Belgium. And don't buy anthing in Flanders. Don't come..."

On the van: Don't come to Belgium. It's cold, there are no jobs left, there's no money left, there are potholes on the roads and Michel Daerden.

PM Leterme has begun a tour of the Balkans in an effort to dissuade would-be emigrants from heading for Belgium. Now that Serb and Macedonian nationals no longer need a visa (as of late 2009) to enter the Schengen area, several hundred have already arrived in Belgium seeking political asylum.
