Aftonbladet("The Evening Post") is the biggest selling daily newspaper in Scandinavia. Founded in 1830, it was bought by the LO, the Swedish Workers Union, in 1956 and has always been close to the Social Democratic Party. A quality tabloid, it was one of the first European newspapers to harness the potential of the internet, pioneering the use of video and podcasting alongside print content.
