National Post

The National Post is an English-language newspaper based in Toronto, Canada. It was first launched in 1998 by British tycoon Conrad Black with the aim to correct a perceived left wing bias in the Canadian press. Published by the Postmedia network, it was sold in 2001 to the CanWest group owned by the Asper brothers who exert strict editorial control over the paper.
