‘Russia deploys its anti-missile position’

Russian Defense Ministry presented on 21 July its arguments in favor of the version that Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777 that crashed over Eastern Ukraine on 17 July with 298 people on board “could have been downed by the Ukrainian military”, writes Kommersant.
However, adds the Russian daily —

Western countries are increasing the pressure on the Russian Federation, threatening tougher sanctions. How serious will the new measures be will be clear today — after a meeting of EU countries Foreign ministers. Moscow insists on an international investigation on the disaster.
