Sergio Romano (narozen 1929) je italský diplomat a historik. Byl velvyslancem v SSSR, Francii a při NATO a vyučoval na Harvardské a Kalifornské univerzitě. Spolupracoval s listy La Stampa, Il Mulino a Limes. Momentálně je komentátorem deníku Corriere della Serra.
