The convoy officially carrying Russian humanitarian aid that left Moscow on 12 August for Eastern Ukraine, where pro-Russian militias are fighting the Ukrainian army, is still waiting to enter Ukraine. There is still no agreement between Russian and Ukrainian authorities on the way the aid will be provided and Kiev does not trust Moscow's intentions.
