Under pressure from several countries, including Germany, France and the United States, and the publication by Offshore Leaks of people with overseas accounts, tax haven countries have decided to relax their banking secrecy regulations.

Luxembourg hasalready agreed to the automatic exchange of information while Austria has suggested that it is willing to discuss a relaxation of secrecy terms.
