José Ignacio Torreblanca

A specialist in European affairs, José Ignacio Torreblanca is professor of Political Science at UNED, National University of Distance Learning (in Spain). He writes a El Mundo as a regular columnist. He is also director of the Spanish bureau of the European Council on Foreign Relations.
