Violetta Wiernicka

Violetta Wiernicka is the author of numerous books, including "The Polish Women Who Ruled the Kremlin" (Polki, które rządziły Kremlem, 2018), "The Secrets of Ukraine" (Sekrety Ukrainy, 2021) and "Russians in Poland" (Rosjanie w Polsce, 2015) and "Poles in Ukraine" (Polacy w Ukrainie, 2024). She has been published in Polityka and Newsweek. She holds a doctorate in humanities and specialises in the history of the Polish Orthodox community.
