Sofía Caruncho Llaguno

Sofía Caruncho Llaguno is a Spanish journalist specialising in Chinese culture. She runs a literary café dedicated to non-fiction in the centre of Madrid, Spain. She mainly writes chronicles and essays on the subject, which have appeared in literary magazines such as 5W, Altaïr, DangDai, Chopsuey, France 24, Nuestro Tiempo and LATE. In 2021, she won the Sanmao 30 Years of Travel Chronicles Award, presented by the Cervantes Institute in Shanghai.
