The Czechs going to the polls on January 25 and 26 to choose between former Social Democratic Prime Minister Miloš Zeman, and the current Minister of Foreign Affairs, conservative Karel Schwarzenberg, to decide who will replace outgoing eurosceptic Klaus as the new President of the Republic. Klaus has already backed his former ally Zeman, who is tipped by opinion polls to win.
