The Slovak daily goes on to explain that, concurring with the lower court rulings, the court finds that this paramilitary organisation’s activities “infringe the rights of others and run counter to democratic values”. The head of the movement, Gábor Vona, who doubles as leader of the right-wing nationalist Jobbik party, or “The Movement for a Better Hungary”, says he’s prepared to file a complaint with the European Court of Human Rights. “We have noted the verdict, but we cannot accept it,” he declares.
