On 7 May, British voters will elect the 56th Parliament in the closest election in 40 years. The latest polls show incumbent prime minster David Cameron's Conservative and opposition leader Ed Miliband's Labour are neck and neck, and most experts predict a hung Parliament.
Europe, and a referendum on a possible "Brexit" from the European Union or on Britain’s renegotiated EU membership, were among the main issues of the campaign.
