Francisco de Borja Lasheras

Francisco de Borja Lasheras has been the assistant director of the Madrid office for the European Council on Foreign Relations since 2013. He holds a law degree from the University of Deusto (Bilbao) and have previously worked in the Observatory of European Foreign Policy (OPEX), and in the OSCE, where he took part in missions to the Balkans as an expert on human rights.
