Uber Gianfranco

Italian cartoonist Gianfranco Uber (b. 1943) had a career in banking and information technology before deciding to devote himself to his youthful passion of political cartooning. In 2013, he received the "Cartoon for Europe" award. His work is published by cartoonmovement.com.
