Formerly at the Gazeta Wyborcza since 2006. His collection of documentary short stories from Turkey, Zabójca z miasta moreli (The Killer from Apricot Town), won numerous journalist awards and a honorary mention from Amnesty International. In 2010, his article, Today Two Bodies Will Wash Ashore, won theEuropean Parliament’s Journalism Prize.
