Ben Macintyre

Author and historian Ben Macintyre writes a regular column for The Times on subjects ranging from current affairs to historical controversies. He was previously The Times’ Weekend Review editor, a parliamentary sketchwriter and bureau chief in Washington and Paris. He has also published a number of historical non-fiction books.
