Carlo Stagnaro

Carlo Stagnaro (b. 1977) is an Italian journalist. Trained in environmental engineering, he specialises in Kyoto Protocol- and global warming-related issues. He is a researcher at theBruno Leoni Institute and writes for the Wall Street Journal, as well as the bilingual international affairs journalAspenia and the Italian dailies Il Fatto Quotidiano,Libero and Il Foglio, on whose site he has ablog.
