US Secretary of State John Kerry is planning to spend the weekend in Europe in a bid to win the support of EU member states for American military strikes on Syria.
He will meet with 28 European foreign ministers in Vilnius on Saturday, September 7, before traveling to Paris, and then to London where he is due to arrive on September 8.
