Giuseppe D'Avanzo

Giuseppe D'Avanzo (b. 1953) is Italian investigative journalist. After working at Corriere della Sera, he joined La Repubblica in 2000, where he wrote on the Mafia and the prostition scandals involving Silvio Berlusconi in 2009. He is the author of Il mercato della paura ("The Market of Fear - Einaudi, 2009) and Il Capo dei Capi ( "The Boss of Bosses" - Rizzoli, 2007), on the godfather Totò Riina.
