Andre Wilkens

Andre Wilkens, is Director of the Mercator Center in Berlin. He is also a founding member of the European Council on Foreign Relations and one of the initiators of the Engagierte Europäer, a coalition of German foundations which in mid-2012 launched the campaign, Ich will Europa (I want Europe).
