Eric Jozsef is a French journalist born in 1966. He joined Libération in 1989 and is its Rome correspondent. He is the author of Main Basse sur l'Italie, L'irrésistible ascension de Silvio Berlusconi (Grasset, 2001) and Italie,les années Cavaliere. De Berlusconi à Berlusconi (Editions du Cygne, 2008), as well as the documentaries Gêne(s)rations and Halte à la Mafia, broadcast by Arte. He is a member of Voxeurop's adivisory board. In 2018, he co-founded the pro-European association EuropaNow! In the 2024 European elections, he ran with the liberal list Stati Uniti d'Europa.
