Philippe Perchoc

Philippe Perchoc (b. 1982) is a political sciencist who wrote his PhD thesis on the foreign policies of the Baltic States over the last two decades. He teaches at the Sorbonne Nouvelle’s Institute of European Studies, and is the chairman of the Nouvelle Europe think tank.
