Teodor Frolu is a Romanian architect born in 1965. A founding member of the Urban Area Association Bucharest, where he works for the preservation of cultural memory, he also chairs the International Centre for Contemporary Art. Also a blogger, he regularly publishes articles on architecture and urbanism in the magazine Dilema Veche.
