Viktoriia Novikova

Viktoriia Novikova is an investigative journalist and the Reckoning Project senior researcher focused mainly on war crimes in Kherson and the occupied part of the Kherson region. She facilitated the return of children to Ukraine who were deported to Russia after the full-scale invasion. Born in Crimea, has worked at the Ukrainian edition of Radio Freedom (RFE/RL) and has won international and national awards in investigative journalism. One of the areas of Viktoriia's work is also counter-terrorism in the information sphere and countering enemy propaganda.
