The daily points out that the day that the American credit rating agency announced the Greek rating cut coincided with Chinese Vice President Zhang Dejiang's official visit to Athens to sign a series of contracts worth "several hundred million euros" — an event that will provide the Greek government with much needed "political and financial support."
