Oleksii Polegkyi

Oleksii Polegkyi is a Ukrainian political scientist. He is the Academic Director, Center for Public Diplomacy, Ukraine, and a former Bayduza Post-doctoral Fellow at the Canadian Institute of Ukrainian Studies, as well as a member of the Political Communication Research Unit at the University of Antwerp (Belgium).
