Rafal Geremek

Before becoming a columnist for Newsweek Polska, Rafał Geremek was a regular contributor to the weeklies Wprostand Ozon, and also to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. He is the author of Ziemia obiecana. Opowieści o żydowskiej Łodzi (The Promised Land: Stories from Jewish Łódź), which was published in 2009, and the co-director (with Arkadiusz Golebiewski) of the documentary Przystanek Gdańska (A Stopover in Gdansk).
