“Balance of powers”
Following an unprecedented referendum of voters, which was held through 1st of July and gathered almost 78% of “yes” votes, the Russian constitution will be rewritten to allow Vladimir Putin to seek two new terms at the end of his current one (which ends in 2024). He could remain president until 2036.
