Only a few weeks after having relaxed restrictions on freedom of movement and gatherings to slow the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, several European countries, regions, departments, or cities once again put these restrictions in place. Over the last several days, infections have begun to rise following, among other factors, a certain relaxing of protective measures.
