The French government has decided to partially lift a work ban on Bulgarian citizens and Romanians – whose flag is blue-yellow-red – living in France. Approximately 10 per cent of them are Roma, including many metal craftsmen who work with copper, tin and bronze. The decision comes as police are increasing efforts to dismantle illegal Roma camps around France.
