Vasile Gârneţ (1958) is a Moldovan writer and journalist. The editor of the literary review Contrafort, he wrote several poetry books as well as the travel diary Europa de la fereastra vagonului (“Europe through a train carriage window", along with Vitalie Ciobanu).
