The Kosovo delegation returned to Brussels on April 18 at the request of Ashton, who plans to wrap up negotiations ahead of the meeting of Foreign Affairs Ministers on 22 April. In turn, European Enlargement Commissioner Stefan Füle (yellow tie) postponed publication of a report expected on April 16 on the progress of reforms to lead Serbia towards the EU membership in order to facilitate the negotiations.
