The international community has cast doubts on Syrian President Bashar al-Assad's willingness to put an end to the suppression of the revolt in his country on 10 April in line with the peace plan proposed by former UN secretary general Kofi Annan. Great Britain has declared it is ready to bring the matter before the security council, or even the International Court of Justice.
