Dutch Catholics (28% of the population) are in shock after the publication on December 16 of a reporton cases of child abuse in Catholic institutions (orphanages, seminaries, schools...). According to the report commission by the Dutch Conference of Bishops, between 10,000 and 20,000 children were sexually abused between 1945 and 2010.
