No one has ever succeeded in giving anyone the gift of well-being. All we want is to be able to earn a decent living from our work. In Croatia, some people are longstanding supporters of Europe, some will take time to come around to the idea, and some others will never do so. Europe is not like a tight suit that we have suddenly decided to wear. It is part of every individual’s culture, and one that does not sit well with some people. Yes, we should see Europe as a matter of reason, spirit, education and training, before focusing on its impact on our wallets.
