British Prime Minister David Cameron highly-anticipated speech on the future of relations between the UK and EU on January 23 in London.
Originally scheduled for January 18 in Amsterdam, it was postponed due to the Algerian hostage crisis.
According to extracts passed to the media Cameron is expected to say that he will renegotiate the terms of UK membership of the European Union and, if he is re-elected in elections in 2015, he will hold a referendum on whether to accept the new terms.
