"Foreigners will find it more difficult and more costly to find work," the newspaper reports, and the private agencies that recruit them will be particularly badly affected. According to HN, there are now more than 425,000 foreign workers living legally in the Czech Republic, most of them are from the Ukraine, Slovakia, Vietnam and Russia.
