Andrzej Lubowski is a Polish economist and journalist born in 1948. Based in the United States, he is a member of several boards of directors and a consultant for NGOs. In 2007, he published Kontuzjowane Mocarstwo – Sila i Ameryka Słabości ("Power Injured – The points of weakness and strength of the United States"), is a regular contributor to the weekly Polityka, and is part of the editorial board of portal blogs Studio Opinii.
