Glenn Leaper

Glenn W. Leaper is a writer, political analyst and Public Relations consultant. He is in the process of building an organisation to research and help challenge the governing ideology of targeted technological intrusion into, and corporate disruption of, individual democratic rights. He holds a Ph.D. in political and critical theory from the University of London.
