Die französische Regierung hat beschlossen, das Arbeitsverbot für rumänische Staatsbürger (deren Nationalfarben blau-gelb-rot sind) und für bulgarische Staastbürger teilweise aufzuheben. Etwa 10% von ihnen sind Roma, darunter zahlreiche Kupfer-, Zinn- und Bronzestecher. Gleichzeitig lösen die französischen Ordnungskräfte illegale Roma-Lager auf.
