‘Four detained over Catalonia spying network’

The owner of the detective agency Método 3, two former employees and its chief of operations have become the first arrested as part of an inquiry into wiretaps targeting Catalan public figures.
They are charged with discovery and disclosure of secrets linked to illegal wiretaps.
The ministry of interior is investigating if the minister himself, Jorge Fernández Díaz, was spied on by the network in a meeting with top police officers in Barcelona in 2012.
