Scott Crosby

Scott Crosby practises law European law in Brussels with a strong leaning towards defence of the public interest. He was one of the early pioneers of Freedom of information at EU level and has taken many FOI cases to the EU courts. He also takes cases to the European Court of Human Rights and is the Human Rights Officer of the European Criminal Bar Association. He is a board member of Journalism Fund and an active legal journalist
