Octavian Ţâcu

Octavian Ţâcu (b. 1972) is a Moldovan university professor. He heads the International Relations and Political Science Department at the International Free University of Chişinău. He has written several historical works, in particular on Soviet-Romanian relations (1919-1939). Since his school days, he has maintained a passion for boxing and has represented his country seven times in boxing championships.
